HOW TO GET ON WITH ANYBODY
(2023, in production)
A documentary about a maverick orthodox rabbi building bridges between seemingly divergent communities and people. As a member of a Hasidic community in North-London, a religious group often portrayed as insular, this man could not be further from this typecast. Herschel received an OBE from Queen Elisabeth for his work on interfaith understanding. He is the founder of the Muslim-Jewish Forum, the first of its type in the world, as well as numerous other initiatives to help dialogues between people. Herschel tirelessly thinks of ways to reach across any divide and find some communality with everyone he meets.
